Orhun Kartal was born in Manisa in 1969. He graduated from Ankara Science High School in 1986 and completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1991.

In addition to over 25 years of executive experience in construction, contracting, real estate, and energy sectors, he also possesses entrepreneurial expertise. Orhun Kartal has led the development and delivery of numerous contracting and construction projects in more than 7 countries across 3 continents, overseeing over 6,000 employees. While focusing on the construction, energy, and agriculture sectors in his business ventures, he has spearheaded significant projects in the field of renewable energy, particularly solar energy. He also continues to engage in agricultural production and real estate investments.

From 1991 to 2012, Orhun Kartal served as President and Founding Partner of Kayı Construction Inc. In 2013, he founded Hun Group of Companies to develop, operate, and invest in renewable energy projects such as hydroelectric and solar power plants. He currently continues to serve as Chairman of the Board and Founder. Hun Group of Companies operates solar power plants with a total capacity of 120 MW in Turkey and Eastern Europe. The holding also owns and operates a 40 MW hydroelectric power plant in Turkey.

Since 2017, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board and the Controlling Shareholder of Koray Group of Companies. Orhun Kartal is married and the father of three children.

He graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University (METU). He completed his Master's degree in Banking at Gazi University. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management roles in risk management, financial affairs, and finance. Since 2019, he has been serving as the CFO of Koray Group. He is married and a father of one child. As of May 2022, he has been appointed as the General Manager of Hun Renewable Energy Production Inc. He is also a board member of Hun Renewable Energy Production Inc.

He was born in Istanbul in 1980. He graduated from Saint Benoît French High School in 1999 and from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 2004. After completing his Master's in Engineering and Technology Management at Boğaziçi University in 2007, he went on to complete an MBA at INSEAD (Paris–Singapore) in 2009.

İlker Hakan Kayhan has approximately 20 years of experience in business development, investment, finance, and M&A (mergers and acquisitions). He began his professional career in 2004 at Unilever Turkey in the Business Development Department. He later served as Business Development Manager at GOSB Technopark and as Investment Manager at Kerten Turkey Private Equity Fund.

In 2014, he joined Hun Holding as the Director of Investment and Business Development. From 2016 onward, he assumed the role of General Manager, overseeing the development, installation, and financing processes of the group's domestic and international renewable energy investments.

Since the beginning of 2021, he has been serving as a member of the Executive Board of Koray Holding, and as of 01.10.2021, he is also a Board Member of Hun Renewable Energy Production Inc.
